NO REFUNDS AFTER ARRIVAL 

A deposit of $200.00 is required to hold a lot. Reservations canceled before October 1st are eligible for an 80% refund or reschedule for up to one year from your original arrival date and 100% of your deposit will be transferred to the new reservation.

We cannot guarantee a specific site, for any reservation shorter than yearly or guaranteed. All fees are subject to change.
